Lovely friendly hotel with great reception staff. The hotel price included a very good breakfast with coffee, cereal, sausage, and eggs always available. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable.

Spent my Christmas holidays at a lovely hotel that had the most exceptional and friendly staff around. The hotel offered us an inclusive stay with delicious breakfast spreads that catered to all our taste buds. The room was equipped with a kettle and small teabags, which was a bonus after a long day's travel. Being a shopperholic, I loved that the hotel's key location was near a shopping centre that had an array of shops to choose from, and I didn't need to travel far to indulge in retail therapy.

My stay was cut short by a cracked windowsill in my room that caused a disturbance to my peace. The hotel's enclosed balcony failed to generate fresh air, leaving it with a strong smoke smell. The plastic cups in the room were also not up to standard, and a change to a proper china cup would have gone a long way to improve my overall experience.
