We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Frankfurt. the staff at Star Apart Hotel Sachsenhausen was incredibly kind and showed great hospitality by keeping our luggage after check-out. the breakfast had a delicious variety of options and the room itself was cozy and spacious. We loved the athletic star decorations throughout the hotel and in our room. the mini bar and snacks were a fun and helpful addition. the workout facility was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to stay active during our stay. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Star Apart Hotel! The facilities in the room were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen area and a lovely bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We also enjoyed the nice TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any issues we had. They even helped us with our many suitcases. The breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of options including salmon and fresh fruit every day. We loved the added bonus of having our fridge stocked daily. Another highlight was the sauna, which was infrared and easy to use. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Star Apart Hotel again.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to all the areas I wanted to visit. It is also conveniently situated near a supermarket, making it easy to stock up on any essentials. The No 16 train station just outside the hotel allows for easy access to the Messe. The rooms are themed after famous athletes, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, and are kept clean. The minibar is included and is refilled every morning with beer, wine, and soft drinks, along with small snacks. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the overall service excellent. The breakfast is also tasty and there are plenty of facilities available, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lift only goes up to the fifth floor, so if you have heavy luggage, it may be inconvenient to reach the sixth floor using the stairs.

Convenient location near tram stop, well-decorated room with kitchen and desk, ample toiletries in bathroom, lovely street view, pleasant and quiet stay. Will definitely return.

Nous sommes arrivés à notre logement et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par notre hôte Louis et son épouse. Ils nous ont offert une coupe de champagne sous le magnifique ciel étoilé. Notre suite était pleine de charme, confortable, spacieuse et pleine de cachet. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, délicieux et convivial. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis ou de la famille. Un vrai bonheur !

La chambre est située près d'une rue passante, ce qui peut causer du bruit de véhicules la nuit. Cependant, notre hôte a pensé à tout et a mis des boules Quies à notre disposition pour nous assurer un séjour agréable.

the location was fantastic, with shops, transportation, and attractions nearby. the room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a mini kitchen and even some complimentary snacks. We especially appreciated the quietness of our room on the 5th floor, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The rooms at this hotel were beautiful, large, and comfortable. the mini-kitchen was a great feature, and we loved the complimentary snacks and beverages. the location was superb, with a grocery store nearby and key attractions within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, as we noticed dust covering some areas. the shower was also a disappointment, as we had to frequently stop mid-shower to let the water drain.

We had a wonderful stay at Star Apart Hotel Sachsenhausen. the place was exceptionally clean and the cleaning service was excellent. the location was also very good. One great thing about our stay was the basic breakfast and snacks provided in the fridge. we were impressed that the room was equipped with a fan, and the bathroom had a nice fragrance. the check-in process was special and convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and friendly staff.

Check-in was a breeze with clear and simple instructions. the room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. the highlight for us was definitely the pillows, which were the most comfortable we've ever slept on! the staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They also provided us with clear directions on how to use the metro to reach the airport. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Great location - close to subway stop and easy to walk to museums and across the bridge into the city center. Spacious room with comfortable twin beds in an actual wooden bed frame. Friendly and helpful owners. Smooth check-in process with instructions provided by email. Simple but sufficient breakfast.
