The location was unbeatable, with easy access to nearby attractions. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated having a thermostat in the room, which allowed me to adjust the heating as needed. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast added to the positive experience.

Great location and nice room

Christmas at this hotel was not the best choice. the Wi-Fi was poor, and the log-in codes didn't work for more than 24 hours. On the positive side, the location was excellent - very close to restaurants and shops. the room was also nice and clean with a powerful shower. they provided quality toiletries and offered a lovely breakfast buffet.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the heart of the old town along the river was absolutely perfect. Being in the center of everything made it convenient to explore the historical sites and enjoy the interesting eating places nearby. The room itself was exceptional, with comfortable beds, modern amenities like heating and air conditioning, and a lovely sitting area. I also appreciated the wide range of services available, such as room service, car and bicycle hire, and laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations and making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

This place is highly recommended for families.
