Love: the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for our romantic escape. the room was also very clean and spacious, with a convenient wardrobe to store our clothes. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short distance away from tram stops and the train station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and plan our day trips.

there were multiple light switches in our room that didn't work, which was quite frustrating.

As young people, we loved the spotlessly clean room, easy check-in at the electronic terminal, and functional and new furniture. The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, close to the main shopping area but in a quiet street. The hotel provided a warm shower, complimentary water and a coffee machine in the room, and a lift. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are fresh and fine. They are surprisingly spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. Each room also has a coffee machine for added convenience. The self check-in and checkout option is a great feature.

This hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions. You can easily walk to the city centre and the old town. There are also plenty of coffee shops nearby where you can grab a quick bite. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good coffee machine provided. The automatic check-in system is also a great feature, making check-in a breeze.

The TV channels in the rooms were not tuned properly, making it difficult to watch most of them.

The location of Mille Stelle City was great, situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center. We were able to explore Heidelberg easily. The staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.
