We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful architecture and surroundings of the hotel. Our room had a fantastic view and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the self-service bar in the cellar was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable. we would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

A charming, historic building and grounds. Large, well-furnished rooms with a Spartan look. Comfortable accommodations with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near downtown and train station. Lovely downtown area of Kaiserswerth nearby.

The building is charming and full of interesting history. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessities. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering a picnic breakfast for early morning checkouts. The surrounding area is lovely, with a quaint downtown and train station nearby.

There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be difficult. The room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been helpful. Some items were cleaned by housekeeping that should not have been. Despite the Indian night shift staff being kind and accomodating, the European staff in the morning were unfriendly and unhelpful.
