The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options just steps away. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There were some noise disturbances at night, which affected our sleep. We also would have appreciated better wifi signal, as it was not very strong during our stay.

Located in a convenient pedestrian area, close to museum island. New furniture and comfortable beds in the family room. Large bathroom and direct connection to Schonefeld airport from nearby Alexander Platz railway station. Helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Berlin. The location is excellent, very close to Alexanderplatz and most attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like terry-cloth bathrobes, slippers, and even chocolates on the pillows. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was nice, and there were also great restaurants just outside the hotel.

Location was perfect for Christmas sightseeing. It was in a quaint and historic neighborhood, close to all the main attractions like the museums, Brandenburg Gate, and the TV Tower. We could easily walk to all these places, which was a huge plus. the room was very clean and well-maintained, with room service almost every day. The staff at the reception desk were also friendly and helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable and old. It felt like the sides of the bed were more soft than the middle, making it impossible for two people to sleep together comfortably.

Our Easter weekend stay was marred by the constant noise from construction work, which began early in the morning and continued throughout the day. the noise was so disruptive that we had trouble getting a good night's sleep.

The family room we stayed in had ample space for our two kids, and even included a terrace where we could relax. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the older beds and occasional wifi issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Berlin. my experience at Nikolai Residence was lovely and I would not hesitate to book there again.
