Great location, friendly staff, excellent spa, spacious rooms, good breakfast.

For us it was ideal.

We had a slight issue with our payment during our stay, but the staff at Palace Hotel quickly resolved it and even offered us a free upgrade to a suite as a gesture of goodwill. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and subway stations. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. Despite a small hiccup, we highly recommend Palace Hotel for a convenient and classy experience.

Our stay at Hotel Palace was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even upgraded our room to a higher category, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the convenience of having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and the Christmas market. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything we needed and offered a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool with a jacuzzi was a great addition, providing relaxation after a long day of exploring. Although the restaurant was closed during our stay, we found plenty of local dining options nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Palace for its excellent service and convenient location.

The hotel had a great central location, very close to train stations and right opposite the Berlin Zoo and Bikini Mall. We found the hotel to be clean and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a great variety of choices.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is perfectly close to Ku'damm shopping street, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts like us. It is also situated near the major tourist attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a mix of old-fashioned and modern comforts. The staff were professional and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel's restaurants could benefit from offering more diverse and modern food options.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at a hotel in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in our room. the gym was well-equipped and made our workout enjoyable.

One thing we didn't like was the noise level at night, which made it difficult to sleep at times. we wished the hotel had offered a shuttle service to the airport or other locations, as it was a bit of a challenge to find transportation.

Great location opposite zoo, close to shops and bars. Free upgrade to spacious Business Club room with fantastic view and quiet atmosphere. Courteous and helpful staff. Extensive breakfast with live kitchen. Relaxing ambience.

The hotel provides exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & wellness centre and a Swimming pool. the service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly and knowledgeable. the Restaurant offers delicious food, including a Continental breakfast with a huge array of options. the location is wonderful, surrounded by history, eateries and shops.

The Jacuzzi was not as hot as I would've liked it to be.

Nothing not too like.

My stay at Palace Hotel was fantastic. The location near Zoologischer Garten Station was perfect for exploring Berlin. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. The pool, sauna, and leisure centre provided a wonderful break after a few days of walking around the city. The value for money was excellent, especially being in a shopping area close to the city center. The hotel had a good Wi-fi signal, and the pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind after a busy day.
