I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with sparkling floors and carpets that looked brand new. The hotel had a comforting and fresh smell throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They even found a fan for me to help me sleep better.

In terms of cons, I can't think of any negative aspects about this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was not up to our expectations, with very limited options. Lastly, the parking situation was not clear, and we had to find alternative arrangements, which added to our expenses.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ready to meet our requests and personal needs. The hotel also provided access to a nearby spa through a heated tunnel.

There were no accessible rooms, which could pose a challenge for some guests.
