This hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of town. You can easily walk to all the attractions in Cham, and it's also conveniently located near the festival in Furth im Wald. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is great, with a variety of options and a fresh cooking station. The staff are friendly and accommodating, even with language barriers. The hotel also offers facilities like steam rooms and saunas for relaxation.

The noise from other guests in the hallways can be quite bothersome at times.

They even helped me ship back a forgotten item promptly. The hotel's facilities, although I didn't use them, were extensive and impressive. Cham itself is a charming village, and the hotel's surroundings allowed me to have some serene moments by the river. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location was very convenient as it was close to shopping areas and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and well equipped with modern amenities, including an indoor pool and saunas. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable during the night. the staff could have been more friendly and helpful with non-local guests.

I've been to this hotel multiple times over the past 20 years and I must say that it has greatly improved since the recent renovation. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, especially the double rooms. The staff here are always kind and welcoming. It's conveniently located near the train station and the town center, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, there's a restaurant on-site that offers a great selection of delicious and reasonably priced food. And did I mention that they have a swimming pool and a cinema complex? It's a fantastic bonus!
