The location is fantastic, with easy access to Marienplatz and Allianz Arena via the U-Bahn. The hotel is easily reachable by car and the neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. The staff at this family-owned hotel is incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. The hotel restaurant, Krambambuli, offers a unique and delicious menu, and has a great atmosphere.

Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was very close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with attention to detail such as a bathroom radio and a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Moreover, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of cheeses, adding a unique touch to the start of our day.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

The breakfast at Hotel Santis was absolutely wonderful. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious spread of food that included a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. From fresh pastries to savory omelets, there was something for everyone. The quality and freshness of the food were top-notch, and it was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the service at breakfast was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to accommodate any special requests. the breakfast experience at Hotel Santis was definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic city break in this hotel! The friendly staff made us feel so welcome and gave us helpful tips for exploring the area. Our room was perfectly located, with a great view and an incredibly comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and we loved that they had fresh fruit available. The hotel's central location meant that we could easily walk to all the major attractions and restaurants.

The noise from the nearby bars and clubs. We found it hard to sleep at night, even with the windows closed.
