Spent Easter in a cozy and comfortable hotel with great facilities. the food at the restaurant was exceptional with a wide variety of options. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the city's main attractions and had a stunning view of nature from our room's balcony.

The pillows were too soft for our liking, resulting in a less-than-ideal sleeping experience. We also missed having coffee and tea facilities in our room, making it challenging to have a warm drink before bed or upon waking up.

We loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, and their efficiency and proactiveness were truly impressive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa and wellness center that offered a variety of treatments and a relaxing sauna. The rooms were tastefully refurbished and provided enhanced comfort with excellent sleeping conditions and spacious bathrooms. We also appreciated the delicious food options in the restaurant, which included a wide range of choices using fresh ingredients. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

The only downside we can think of is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. However, this is a minor inconvenience considering all the other wonderful aspects of this venue.

Amazing food, friendly staff, affordable prices, great hiking trails, excellent sauna, comfortable rooms.
