the hosts gave us a warm and lovely welcome, and the Renaissance-era atmosphere of the hotel was truly enchanting. Our comfortable and well-appointed room exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast at the nearby Italian restaurant was absolutely brilliant. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful Mosel region, and we especially enjoyed the tours along the river. the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making it a truly memorable experience. We also appreciated the inclusion of a free exercise facility, as the historic nature of the schloß meant there was no lift available.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

We had an exceptional candlelight dinner on the vine-covered terrace, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. The food was exceptional and the receptionist made us feel at home. The hotel's history and beautiful interior added to the charm of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with nice architectural features and comfortable amenities. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying all that the area has to offer. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right.

The Easter celebration was even more special thanks to the hotel. the building itself was historic and charming, adding a unique touch to the experience. the location was ideal for exploring the quaint town and surrounding area.

There was no elevator available, making it difficult to carry luggage up the winding staircase. the lack of air conditioning was also an issue during the warmer weather.
