We had a comfortable stay at Smetana with a spacious junior suite and a well-equipped wardrobe. the breakfast options were perfect with a great selection of high-quality food and excellent service. the staff, especially Nick, were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location provided easy access to the tram system and the rooms were kept clean and well-maintained. the hotel's charming history and quaint atmosphere added to our overall enjoyable experience. We also appreciated the small but inviting lobby which offered snacks and drinks throughout the day, along with complimentary wine in the evening.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean corner suite we stayed in for 3 days. The comfortable bed, well-fitted bathroom, and ample space made our stay extremely comfortable. The highlight was the delicious and varied breakfast, definitely worth the extra charge. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like poor wifi and a need for room upgrades, the courteous and caring staff made up for it. The location was great, allowing us to easily access the city center via the tram. we would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a bathtub and complimentary toiletries. I also appreciated the small touches such as an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a dining restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious meal. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

I recently had a fantastic weekend at a hotel I would highly recommend. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. the location was perfect with easy access to public transport which was great for exploring the city. the breakfast had a variety of options and we even got complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks to enjoy which was a nice surprise. the room we had was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that we had a balcony with a great view.

The shower which was a bit difficult to get in and out of with a high step and narrow opening. It would have been better if there were more accessible shower options available, especially for elderly or handicapped guests.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Spacious and clean room. Lovely buffet breakfast. Welcome drink and daily coffee and cake. Convenient tram stop nearby.
