The service was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff. They even organized a dinner in our room when our dog couldn't enter the restaurant. The meal was delicious and reasonably priced. The building itself was stylish and had a nice ambiance.

They didn't have our reserved table ready, and there was confusion regarding our dog's presence in our room. The service felt chaotic and unwelcoming.

We had a wonderful New Year's stay at a rural hotel near the border of Germany and France. The room was spacious, well-furnished and immaculately clean, and the restaurant served excellent food, including the best steak we've had in years. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect: an ideal stopover for those travelling between Sangate and Calais, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The ample breakfast and comfortable parking were also big advantages.

The hotel restaurant was closed on Mondays, which we were not aware of despite asking before arrival. there was some miscommunication about our reservation, as they did not have our reserved table and accused us of not declaring that we travelled with a dog.
