The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in the rooms, which were upgraded without us even noticing. The bed was of great quality and the bathroom was spacious. The location, just a 10-minute walk from downtown, made it convenient to explore the city.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.

However, the location of the hotel was great, nestled in a quiet district but still close to the city centre. We were just a short walk away from the historical landmarks and attractions. there was a tram stop nearby, making it convenient to explore further.

The staff at the hotel wasn't very welcoming during our short stay.

Great location, close to Christmas market. Fantastic price for spacious rooms, nice shower, and comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast in classy dining room. Short walk to riverfront and Old Town Square.

Spacious and comfortable room with a wide variety of breakfast options. The location is convenient, close to tram lines and within walking distance to the city center. The receptionist was helpful and spoke English well. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay was. Firstly, the beds were very cozy which was great after a long day of touring the city. Secondly, the location was perfect as it was close to the Christmas market and the beautiful river where I saw the stunning Bremen sunset. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met.

There were a few downsides to my stay such as the noisy road nearby which caused some disturbance during the night. Additionally, the lack of air-conditioning made the room quite warm which was uncomfortable at times. Lastly, the breakfast was served too late which made it difficult for me as a business traveler who had to leave early.
