the location was excellent, situated on the main commercial street and within walking distance of all the places of interest. the room was incredibly clean and spacious, even featuring a small living room area. the highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which surpassed all my expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and far above the average hotel breakfast. the staff, particularly the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. This hotel definitely ranks as one of my best experiences, and I travel quite frequently.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, right on the river and in the heart of a bustling shopping, restaurant, and bar district. It was also very close to the train station, making transportation a breeze. The hotel itself was very clean, with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was absolutely delicious.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center, right in the midst of the bustling main shopping district and just outside of the Christmas Market. You couldn't ask for a better location! The staff here are incredibly friendly and despite the language difference, they always greet you with a smile.

All was fine, but parking could be better signposted.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was mediocre. the best aspects of the place were the central location which allowed me to walk around easily. the breakfast was also adequate and diverse. There were plenty of options to start the day. I appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom, as well as the adjustable showerhead.

The worst aspects of my stay were the rough presentation of the room and the challenging parking situation. the room wasn't properly finished and up to the standard that was advertised in the pictures.

I stayed at this hotel in a vibrant shopping area, just steps away from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. One morning, they even opened the breakfast early for me so I could catch an early train. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the main shopping district and enjoying the Christmas Market.

We had a wonderful stay at Stadt Hamburg Am Fluss. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the central location allowed us to easily explore the city.
