We had a very pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were efficient and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's location was excellent, with two underground stations conveniently located nearby, allowing us to explore the city with ease. We also appreciated the range of services offered, such as dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and the option to have groceries delivered to our room. The amenities in our room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the comfortable beds were a highlight.

Super easy to get around, walkable with lots nearby. Friendly cleaning crew, helpful customer service line. Comfortable, felt like home. Kitchenette, mini fridge, elevator, tasty breakfast nextdoor. Wonderful stay, would recommend.

Really cool and quirky hotel - loved the individual style, size of rooms, Yada Yada Breakfast club, staff going the extra mile to make our stay fabulous. Boutique hotel atmosphere, authentic. Location close to subway, walking distance to "old East Berlin" part of town. Nice Italian- and French restaurants opposite. Kind and friendly staff.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all attractions in Central Berlin, on a quiet street, making it a peaceful and accessible base for exploring the city. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with amenities such as a bar fridge and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. One can easily access other parts of the city by public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can make the rooms quite hot during the summer months.

The hotel gave me a fresh insight into what Berlin life can be like. I enjoyed the old-world charm and modern conveniences, and the nearby Jannowitzbrücke Train Station was so conveniently close. The fitness room was a joke, but hey, at least it had a couple of cross-trainers.

The hotel requires better cleaning services. During my stay, I did not have any contact with the staff, and although the initial explanations were clear, it took some time to understand the system in the absence of staff.

I recently had a great stay at Bob W in Berlin. From the efficient digital key to the comfortable bed and nice tea, everything was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded without knowing beforehand. The lack of a receptionist was no issue, as we could easily contact the reception via WhatsApp and received immediate responses. It was also great value for money compared to other options I found online. The hotel is conveniently located near metro stations and there is a nice breakfast spot next door.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob W Mitte Aparthotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as valued guests. The small hotel ambiance made us feel right at home, and the thoughtfully designed interior added to the overall charm. We were delighted to discover that the hotel has its own friendly dog, which added an extra special touch to our experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, with two U-Bahn stations just a short walk away. The WiFi was reliable, the bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We especially enjoyed the excellent facilities in our spacious "Mini" room and the Nespresso coffee machine. The staff was helpful, friendly, and even provided great recommendations for our stay.
