Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. Central location, just a short walk from the Cathedral and river. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. Great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was warm and friendly, and they treated us like VIPs throughout our entire stay. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The front staff, especially Svetlana, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The chef, Lawrence, was a highlight of our stay, not only for his delicious food but also for his engaging and fun conversation. The bed in our suite on the third floor was heavenly, and the room itself was a true gem. The hotel's location, right on the edge of the old city and overlooking the river, was perfect for exploring the area. the level of comfort, quality services, and attention to detail provided at this hotel was truly impressive.

Lack of clear signage on the outside of the building made it difficult to locate in the dark. the front desk closed early and there were no clear instructions for check-in after hours.

I recently stayed at a very nice and stylish hotel near the river. The location was perfect, right by the river and within walking distance of the old town sites and some great restaurants. The room was comfortable and the bed was big and cozy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, ensuring everything was in order and clean. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of food to choose from.

The WiFi was quite annoying as it required signing in every half hour or so.
