The New Year's celebration at this hotel was an amazing experience. The complimentary champagne and snacks during the fireworks display were a nice touch. The central location of the hotel provided easy access to all the festivities. The room was cozy and had a great view of the city from the window.

The noise level from the celebrations kept us up throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom in the room was small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to the shuttle pick-up point for the castle. Helpful and accommodating staff, went above and beyond to assist with ordering online and extending our room checkout.- Comfortable rooms with views of the river, better than expected from the pictures.

Limited amenities, no lobby or communal spaces to hang out. Small rooms, some with low ceilings that made it difficult to move around comfortably.

What an incredible find! The location of this hotel is mind-blowing - so close to everything! The rooms are super pretty, neat, and clean, with jaw-dropping views from the windows. This hotel was a great value for the price. The location was fantastic, right next to the river with beautiful views. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully furnished with classic white furniture and a four-poster bed. We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the Aldstat, right on the river, which was super convenient for exploring all the Heidelberg sights. The hotel was in the centre of everything we wanted to see and provided beautiful views of the surroundings. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms spacious. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

The room had low ceilings, making it easy to hit our heads against the slanted walls.
