I had a truly delightful stay at this wonderful hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is situated right at the heart of everything. It's on a quiet street, but just a stone's throw away from the Trinkhalle, where you can enjoy the famous mineral water. The service here is top-notch, with room service available and helpful bell staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need, such as an ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area.

Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will not be disappointed at this hotel.

The location couldn't have been better, just a couple of minutes walk from the medical center and famous mineral water. We loved the vintage furniture that gave us a feeling of luxury from a bygone era.

On their German as communication with staff can be difficult at times. the bathroom in our room was very narrow and cramped, which was a slight inconvenience.
