I had a truly delightful stay at this wonderful hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is situated right at the heart of everything. It's on a quiet street, but just a stone's throw away from the Trinkhalle, where you can enjoy the famous mineral water. The service here is top-notch, with room service available and helpful bell staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need, such as an ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area.

Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will not be disappointed at this hotel.

The spacious apartment was perfect for our stay, offering two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen sitting room, and two balconies. The location couldn't have been better, just a couple of minutes walk from the medical center and famous mineral water. We loved the vintage furniture that gave us a feeling of luxury from a bygone era.

On their German as communication with staff can be difficult at times. The bathroom in our room was very narrow and cramped, which was a slight inconvenience.
