the weekend trip to Norderstedt was even better than expected. wilhelm busch had a charming atmosphere with a great selection of books in the library. the breakfast was the best i've ever had, even compared to hotels in 90+ countries. highly recommendable!

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The themed rooms were a unique touch and our rose themed room was beautiful. The bathroom was top-notch and on the fourth floor, providing a stunning view. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had an excellent variety of loose leaf teas. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as I was in town for a hockey tournament in Norderstedt. It was quite close to the Hamburg airport, which made traveling convenient. The hotel itself was situated on the outskirts of Hamburg, in a beautifully decorated area. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even laundry facilities. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The room was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities, including heating, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room. The dining restaurant served delicious meals, and I also enjoyed the bar/lounge area for a drink or two. The staff here were always eager to assist and even provided packed lunches and special diet menus. the service at this hotel was impeccable.
