The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions and a variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was not only clean but also beautifully designed, offering a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delightful and energized us for the day ahead.

We did encounter some confusion regarding parking options during our stay.

the location is decent, but the incorrect parking information is truly a headache, not to mention that I woudl ve been thrilled with some complimentary snacks for my troubles, but alas, it seems kindness is a rarity here. they could learn a lot about hospitality. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I was impressed with the central location, making it easy to stroll to nearby attractions like the Bamberger Krippenmuseum which is just a quick walk away and the stunning Rose Garden at the New Residenz, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the room was comfy and clean, which made my stay enjoyable.

The hotel's vibrant mix of art and modern comforts was delightful. Our room was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was tasty, and the helpful staff made our stay memorable.

However, the misinformation about parking was frustrating. We ended up paying €18 daily at a nearby lot. Also, having to open windows for fresh air led to some pesky bugs coming in.
