We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was quiet and convenient, just a short distance from the city. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was immaculate and filled with little extras that made our stay even more comfortable. We were even provided with a chair for the shower, which was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeping service was exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. We also loved the welcome drink, it was a nice touch.

Spent Christmas here. the room was spacious, and the staff attentive. the food was excellent. I loved that they had a shuttle service that ran frequently. the location is perfect for exploring the area, lots of tourist attractions nearby.

The decor was outdated and in desperate need of a renovation, my room had a weird smell as well. the heating system was noisy and kept me awake at night.
