We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room at this hotel. It was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering to ship forgotten items back to us. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both hot and cold, and the location was convenient, being very close to the train station. Additionally, the hotel opened onto a shopping mall, providing plenty of nearby restaurant choices.

The hotel's parking situation was a bit confusing, as the entrance and available parking spaces were not well explained.

Ibb Hotel Passau City Centre Passau pleasantly surprised me in many ways. its location right across the road from the train station was incredibly convenient. This made it easy for me to explore the city and even visit the Christmas market, which was only about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and provided lots of helpful information during check-in, making my stay more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an excellent accessible bathroom and extra pillows available from a cupboard on the landing. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered ample hot food options and had a lovely view of the river.
