the front desk staff were a delight to deal with, like talking to a brick wall! when I tried to ask about the breakfast cost, I was met with an eye roll and hardly a word, real top-tier service. also, imagine my surprise when there was no room upgrade for my troubles, how rude!

nice view of a large tree outside, adding a touch of nature to my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. However, I did notice weak water pressure in the shower, which made rinsing a bit challenging.

the shower water pressure was weak (not great for rinsing out shampoo). the room was clean and the breakfast had a cheese tray, meat tray, and waffle machine. we've enjoyed the nice location, too.

The hotel is located just a short 5-10 minute walk from the central station, making it super convenient for travelers to get around Hamburg or reach the airport effortlessly.

The air-conditioning in my room did not work effectively, and with the window open, the noise from the nearby trains made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Cozy room, central location, with direct connections to public transport making it very easy to explore the surrounding areas.

It was all perfect.

stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter. the location is spot on, tons of eateries nearby. The breakfast was a real treat with a tasty waffle machine! the only annoying thing was the aircon was kinda weak, and it took a bit to cool the room properly. but overall, comfy enough to sleep well.

Convenient location, ideal if you're looking for easy access to the main train station and nearby attractions.

The location was ideal, within reach of major attractions, and the breakfast was a highlight with freshly brewed coffee that made mornings enjoyable. However, an unpleasant noise from the ventilation system disrupted my sleep, and I encountered a lack of professionalism from one receptionist who was unhelpful during checkout. Despite these issues, the room was comfortable and spacious, making it a reasonably good choice for a short stay.

Location was excellent. just a short walk from Hamburg Hbf, making exploring super easy. Clean rooms and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety, including fresh fruit and pastries.

Location is fabulous, just a stroll to the main station. The towels and linens were spotlessly fresh—always a plus! I liked the bounce in the bed, perfect for my beauty sleep.

But, darling, the power outage on check-in day had everyone looking like deer in headlights! Just be warned, the rooms are snug enough to make a cat feel like it’s on a diet.

Check-in was super quick thanks to the online option. I loved having two towels, even just for me! The mattress was a dream for my back – so comfy!

The traffic noise had me wondering if I was sleeping on a race track! Tried closing the window, but then I turned into a sweaty mess.
