The location of the hotel was very convenient, with direct access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. This made it easy for us to explore the city and travel to the airport. The room size was also decent, and we didn't experience any street noises during our stay. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always helpful and responsive to our needs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff, including Florian the barman, were superb and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Florian even gave us great advice on the train and the best places for fish sandwiches. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with lovely duvet covers and pillows provided daily by housekeeping. the selection of food for breakfast was more than satisfying, and the hotel had a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center via the S- and U-Bahn.

We recently stayed at a hotel with our two kids and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. the room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, with a sturdy and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the shower was perfect, and we were impressed with the excellent and stable wifi connection. the breakfast spread was ample and diverse, and we particularly enjoyed making fresh waffles. the hotel's location near the U and S-bahn stations was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. it was a remarkable experience at Ibis.

Great value for money with clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, just minutes away from restaurants, ships, and the S Bahn station for easy access to Hamburg Hbf or the airport.

Breakfast delights, but it would be even better with tea and coffee facilities available.
