I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. They were proficient in both German and English, which was especially helpful when I needed an Iron and Ironing board. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just next to the river and in easy walking distance of the town centre. The hotel facilities were excellent, and there was a wide choice for breakfast, including a waffle maker for the more adventurous. Additionally, the next door restaurant was excellent for dinner.

I had a fabulous stay at an Ibis hotel in Heilbronn City. the hotel's location was perfect, being halfway between the train station and the old town, just a 5-minute walk in each direction. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to use the safe and store our luggage after check-out. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower cubicle. And the best part was the breakfast, with a wide choice of options including a waffle maker for those feeling adventurous. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience.
