Our stay at Greet was enjoyable. We stayed for four nights in a family room which had sufficient space for our luggage and the four of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was convenient. The highlight of the hotel is its location, just a few steps away from Alexanderplatz. We were able to explore Berlin by foot and the hotel's proximity to the transportation hub made it easy to get around. The staff at the reception were fantastic, providing us with a spare pram when ours got lost and helping us locate it when it was delivered to another hotel. we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Greet.

They went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. the room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of food and drink options. We also appreciated the quick and efficient cleaning service provided by the staff.

However, this also means that it is conveniently located near transport links and just a stone's throw away from Alexanderplatz station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good bathrooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options at a reasonable price.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had a great weekend in a well-located hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the great family breakfast, which was definitely worth the price. the best part was the hotel staff - they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Not having a fridge in the room, which would have been very useful. However, this was a small issue in comparison to the overall great experience we had at this hotel.
