The breakfast was delicious, especially the wide range of coffee choices. the location was decent, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, with many of them speaking fluent English. the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, but the daily change of floor mats was a nice touch. it was an affordable option with decent food.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mind-blowing with hot food. The clean room had everything in good order. Great secure bicycle storage. The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants on the Radweg. The dinner at L’Osteria was jaw-droppingly delicious. The reception greeting was warm and pleasant. Good English skills. Family room perfect for privacy. Second bathroom was a nice surprise. Underground parking, cozy room, and a tasty breakfast.

ibis styles pforzheim exceeded my expectations during this weekend trip. the property was clean and comfortable and the staff, especially the bearded guy, were awesome. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. the hotel's cleanliness and individual climate control in each room were also major advantages.

Some personnel seemed burnt out.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and each room had its own climate control for maximum comfort. the hotel's location was perfect, conveniently close to the city center.

While most of the staff were helpful, there were a few instances where the personnel didn't speak much English and seemed a bit burnt out. Another downside was that the room cleaning service didn't work properly, even though we had prearranged for it.
