We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the train station and had easy access to all public transportation options. This made exploring the city a breeze! The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face, especially the gentleman at reception. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. We particularly appreciated the well-insulated rooms, which kept out the noise from the station. And to top it all off, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

I recently stayed at a hotel located right next to the train station and it was a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly quiet, even though it was so close to the train station. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The trainee named Sarjo Jawneh really stood out during my stay. When the storm caused the trains to be cancelled, he went above and beyond to assist me. He helped me make phone calls and even made me a coffee while I waited in the lobby. The other reception staff were also helpful, but Sarjo's energy and big smile really made him shine. I would rate the room an 8, but he deserves a 10 for his excellent service alone.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city break. It was situated close to the main train station, which was ideal for exploring the city. the hotel also provided free transportation tickets, which allowed us to get around Bremen easily. the breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of fresh fruits and yogurts which we absolutely loved.

On arrival, we requested an extra pillow. Disappointingly, it wasn't brought to us until the following morning, which was not ideal as we were checking out.
