We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and attentive. Our room was luxurious and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. We felt safe with the in-room safe provided. The hotel also offered free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a direct dial telephone. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and unwinding at the bar/lounge area. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel's location was convenient because it was close to the city center and offered easy access to various restaurants and shops. the staff was great and provided excellent service during check-in and breakfast. the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

There were a few issues that need to be addressed. the hotel was not pet-friendly, charging an exorbitant amount of money for pets and accidents.

The check-in gentleman, Asian housekeeper, and breakfast staff were excellent. The person who checked me in at 2pm was pleasant and deserving of a raise. The breakfast set up by the man was great too.

The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive and the location was very convenient, being beside the station. The breakfast provided was good and overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
