The swimming pool and sauna were so nice, with poolside smoothies and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great for visiting Ka De We and the zoo. Good WiFi and TV channel selection. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a separate bath. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including Asian noodles and dumplings. Wireless internet was fast.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

I had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental Berlin! The bed in my room was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. And the view from my room overlooking the park was just breath-taking. The location was perfect, so close to the Christmas markets and all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Berlin.

The hotel is located in a very nice shopping district right behind Tiergarten, close to public transport links and right on the bus line into the historical district. The breakfast was superb with a wide range of foods to suit every taste. The staff provided incredible service, with courteousness and humility beyond our expectations.

We appreciated the complimentary chocolates and champagne in the room upon arrival, as well as the beautiful city views. the location was fantastic, close to shopping and restaurants, and within walking distance of a park. Another great aspect was the plush bedding, which was very comfortable.

The staff seemed a bit uninterested and unfriendly. the shower was also not up to par, with a weak stream of water and outdated fixtures.

As a light sleeper, I found the hotel to be remarkably quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
