This hotel is conveniently located in an open area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to the nearest mall, making it a great spot for shopping enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous bed and shower that guarantee a relaxing stay. The staff provides excellent service and is always helpful. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel provides great facilities and advantages to make your stay enjoyable.

The swimming pool in the fitness club next door can be overcrowded and not exclusive to hotel guests.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the old town and a fantastic shopping area just opposite. There were plenty of dining options nearby as well. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, and the clubrooms on the 2nd floor with access to the Club Lounge were worth the extra cost.

Started the new year with a bang! Was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne and a plate of delicious fruits upon arrival. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions and shopping areas. the room I stayed in was spacious and had a great view of the surrounding area.

The noise levels were unbearable throughout the night, making it hard to get some much-needed sleep. the breakfast options were also limited and the food wasn't up to par with what I expected.

the spa centre was impressive with a variety of treatments available. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast with great attentiveness from the staff. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city's most exclusive part, offering quick access to shops and restaurants. the front desk staff was happy to assist with finding nearby parking options. this hotel provided a truly luxurious experience.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, we were able to explore the city with ease. The room was spacious and the facilities were great. Even though we had a small issue with the master light switch turning on all the lights at once, it did not diminish our overall experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel's location was perfect for us, with the Altstadt and main train station just a short walk away. the efficient tram system was also available, but we preferred to explore on foot and discover more of the town. the hotel staff were always helpful, offering us valuable advice and information. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcomed, knowing that there were always staff members available and expecting my arrival. the hotel's design was stunning, and it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, exactly what we were looking for during our Christmas stay. the staff remained professional and pleasant, even though they had to work over the holiday period. the hotel offered a variety of activities and dining options, and the breakfast was delicious. the fitness center, which remained open until late, was a convenient amenity. one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in.
