This hotel near the Main river and main station in Frankfurt offers a convenient and comfortable stay. The restaurant, Signature, serves a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As foreign tourists, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center and bike path along the river. The spacious lobby and friendly staff added to the positive experience.

The only minor inconvenience was that our door card occasionally didn't work and we had to return to the reception to confirm our identity. However, the staff explained that it was for security reasons.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental Frankfurt for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location near the river provided a stunning view from my room. The lobby was spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast offered was one of the best I've had in Europe. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and well-equipped with comfortable beds and pillows. The elevator service was efficient, and the WiFi and business center met all my needs. Despite ongoing renovations, they did not disrupt our stay.

The air conditioning in our room was not effective, and the room became uncomfortably warm, even with the window open. It would have been nice if the hotel had upgraded their bed linens and room décor to match the standard of their other facilities.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, as it is very close to the main train station but still provides a quiet atmosphere. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants available for dinner, ensuring that guests have plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is located on the river, providing stunning views for those lucky enough to have a river-facing room.

The hotel could benefit from some modernization, as it is described as being a bit dated.

We had a great stay at the Intercontinental Frankfurt. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Natalia and Fabiano in particular provided outstanding service and followed up on all our queries. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful views of the Main River and within walking distance of many attractions, including the Staedl art museum. the room was comfortable and the bed and bedding were very cozy.

Loved the stunning river view from our room. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, with easy walking access to the main train station and the old town. the breakfast buffet spread was absolutely gorgeous, with a wide variety of options including Asian style dishes and hot selection items.

The room had an old feeling and could use some updating. the food offered in the club lounge was not as good as other Intercontinental hotels.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to the old town area, central shopping district, and many museums. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient access to Frankfurt airport, making our travel experience hassle-free. We also enjoyed the beautiful river view from our room on the 16th floor, which was definitely worth the extra cost. The staff at the hotel's restaurant were very kind and the breakfast provided was top-notch.

The club lounge provided us with complimentary breakfast and evening meals in a calm and private setting. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again for its excellent club room experience. highly recommended.
