I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jedermann. Our trip to Munich was for leisure and we stayed for a few nights. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The transportation options were extremely convenient, with the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and tram stations all within a short distance from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist us during our stay. great experience!

Friendly staff, convenient location next to tram line. During our stay, we arrived early and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist kindly offered us an upgrade to a superior room. The room was very comfortable and clean, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty and the location, right next to the tram line, was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and great location.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right beside the main train station, with a tram stop right outside the hotel, and very close to the city centre. It's perfect for Oktoberfest and is right near the train station so you can easily get to the city center. The service and staff at this hotel were excellent. They were friendly all around the hour and provided great attention to detail. I would recommend this hotel for travelers, and certainly will come back at some point. The basic amenities and rooms at this hotel were exactly what you expect from a German hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and renovated. The shared bathroom and WC was not an issue at all. The rooms were facing the street and offered a vibrant view of the surroundings. The breakfast at this hotel was really good, with a variety of options. They had a great selection of meats and cheese, which is exactly what you expect from a German breakfast.

The elevators in the hotel were problematic, with multiple reports of being stuck for extended periods of time. the staff seemed inexperienced in handling these situations and the manager was unhelpful and rude.

Finally, the breakfast had a satisfactory range of food options for our toddler, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.

The only minor issue we had was that the walls in the room were a bit thin, making it possible to hear conversations from the neighboring room. However, this didn't greatly affect our overall experience.

The hotel I stayed at for my trip to Salzburg, Austria was in a great location for day trips. It was very close to the central station, making it convenient for catching trains. I could easily hop on the number 19 tram right outside the hotel, making it a breeze to get around the city. The room in the hotel was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well-equipped and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious dishes and the view from the hotel was lovely. the hotel had great facilities and room advantages.

That the wifi was sometimes spotty.

The late night and morning team were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The breakfast server was fantastic and remembered our drink order. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with tremendous variety that changed daily. The location is conveniently within walking distance of the train station and has easy access to the tram. The area is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the sunrise. As friends who enjoy going out at night, we appreciated the nearby halal restaurant choices.

Felt very welcome, the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Octoberfest. The location was perfect, just a short walk away. The breakfast was the best we had in Europe with a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Noisy outside during the night.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the central station and right on the tram line. This makes it easy to explore the city and travel around. Plus, it's close to the city center, so you can easily visit the main attractions and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. Additionally, the hairdryer in the room is conveniently placed on a platform, making it easily accessible for guests.

Some of the breakfast items like the pastry and coffee could be improved in terms of freshness and taste.

Despite the negatives, there were a few positives. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to public transportation and shopping areas. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about nearby attractions. However, these positives were overshadowed by the overall negative experience at the hotel.

the room was extremely small, making it difficult for my family and me to move around comfortably. Secondly, the hotel was not well-maintained, with outdated furniture and fixtures.
