We were blown away by the location of the hotel, nestled between the majestic mountains of Bavaria. The restaurant, with its stunning view of St Bartholomew's Church, provided a truly breathtaking dining experience. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool and spa. It was truly a luxurious and memorable stay.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The panoramic room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the majestic Alps right outside my window. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The pool, set against the stunning backdrop of the Bavarian Alps, was absolutely amazing. The pool area was meticulously maintained, and I could truly relax and soak up the breathtaking surroundings. The staff at this hotel provided outstanding service, treating me like a VIP from the moment I walked in. They were warm, attentive, and made me feel like royalty. The hotel facilities, including the gym and the sauna, were excellent. The location of the hotel, on a hilltop with stunning views, was absolutely perfect.

We stayed at a hotel in a convenient, peaceful, and scenic location next to Eagle's Nest bus station. the room and sleeping quality were superb, making it the best hotel during our 12-day trip. the staff, especially at the bar, reception, and service team, were courteous and attentive. We enjoyed the food at the bar, and the overall experience was wonderful. the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from helping with dinner reservations to providing welcome drinks and even a farewell gift. the views from the outdoor pool were unforgettable, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and well-designed. Room service was fast and the food was delicious.

The breakfast was good and they also offered complementary snacks in the afternoon. the location was fantastic - nestled in the mountains with beautiful views all around. We also enjoyed the on-site pool.

The staff were not very attentive and seemed to lack the enthusiasm we were expecting. the turn-down service was very early and awkward, interrupting our routine.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountain scapes that made us feel like we were lost in the clouds. We also loved the cozy bar area with the open fire in the middle, which provided a lovely ambiance in the evenings.

Our room cleaning service was inconsistent and incomplete. We had to request for our room to be serviced on the first day as nothing had been done by 4 PM. the minibar was not replenished and we had to use our own mugs for tea as the ones provided were too small.
