Located in a beautiful area of Germany, nestled in the valley below and with a stunning view down to the river, the resort offers a picturesque retreat. The spacious rooms are nicely furnished and equipped with all you need. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the resort. the wellness facilities, including a sauna and whirlpool, are a great way to relax after a day of exploring.

It is worth noting that some guests have mentioned that the cleanliness of the indoor swimming pools could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at a great place in Heimbach. The location was perfect, right at the parks 'square', making it easy to explore the area. The walls were solid, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The resort staff, especially the woman at the reception desk, were helpful and accommodating, even speaking English since I don't know German yet. The resort provided excellent tourist information about the area, allowing me to learn about more than just the war history. The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the wellness area with a sauna and whirlpool. The view from the balcony was stunning. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are professional and very friendly, providing great service. The location of the hotel, up against a hill, provides a stunning view from the windows and private terrace. Additionally, the hotel is located at the parks' square, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

No complaints, everything was very enjoyable.

The hotel's location was ideal for nature lovers, with easy access to hiking and bike trails and beautiful water views. the hotel apartments were spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed to cook our own meals. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with local tourist information and tips for exploring the area.

We found the steep roads leading to the hotel's amenities to be a bit challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. the food at the hotel's restaurant was quite salty for our taste, and the service at the Brauhaus left something to be desired.
