The hotel offered a warm welcome with a glass of secco and provided a small morning letter with activity recommendations for the day. The spacious rooms had excellent beds and the breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sauna and jacuzzi were a nice addition after a rainy day in the Black Forest.

The hotel did not have A/C in the rooms, which was a bit disappointing given the hot temperature during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome with a glass of secco upon arrival. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent, providing us with a very comfortable stay. The hotel also provided great amenities such as a sauna and jacuzzi, which were perfect after a rainy day exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved that they reserved the wellness facilities for us to use at our preferred time. The little touches made our experience even more special, like the morning letter with activity recommendations and the sweet treats in our room. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We can't wait to come back and try out the gourmet restaurant!

We highly recommend this luxurious hotel to our family and friends.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment made our Easter stay very pleasant. The spacious and well-equipped room was comfortable, with an excellent bed. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options. The sauna and jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding area.

The lack of air conditioning made the hot weather uncomfortable. , it would have been nice to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, rather than a communal area.
