Certain areas of the hotel need thorough cleaning, the heating and cooling systems could use an upgrade to enhance comfort levels!!! , limited television channel selection is frustrating, and staffing during peak hours clearly needs improvement!!!

Super clean room where staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive with live cooking. The location is awesome, just a skip from the train station and cool shopping spots.

The internet connection was a bit spotty at times, and I noticed some sketchy folks hanging around the area which was slightly uncomfortable.

Staying in one of those junior suites was quite the experience! The views from the big windows were astonishing, letting in tons of light and showing off the city's skyscrapers, which was a nice touch. they were always there with a smile when I asked for something. Perfect to have that comfy bed to crash in after a day of exploring. The bar was also decent if you didn't want to step out into the wild neighborhood! !

It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but still acceptable for the luxurious vibe you get.

there were some signs of wear in the room but it had a great view out the windows breakfast had a nice combo of eggs and german meats the staff were friendly and very welcoming

The comfortable King Room Chic Palais featured tea/coffee facilities upon request, enhancing the convenience of my stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a variety of dishes, including exquisite beef options. However, the neighborhood felt unsafe at times, and the limited TV channel selection was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant menu could benefit from greater variety to match the quality of the dining experience.
