I stayed in this hotel during Christmas and I loved that they offered complimentary mulled wine and cookies in the lobby. the room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary wine glasses and bottle opener. the breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and shops which made it easy to get everything we needed.

the staff's English was not very fluent which made communication a bit difficult. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable as we were able to find everything we needed nearby.
