The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. the location of the hotel was also great, being close to the city center and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast provided was satisfying and gave us the energy we needed for exploring the city.

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the internet was expensive and limited to only one device at a time, making it inconvenient for both my boyfriend and me to use it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with Marienplatz and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also just a short walk from the train station. Plus, there's always an energetic atmosphere thanks to the busy youth hostel across the street.

The elevators can be slow during peak times, causing congestion, especially during breakfast.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just across the road from Hauptbahnhof Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre. There are lots of hotels, bars, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests to explore and dine. The rooms are well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities, complimentary water, and personal items for guests. The bathrooms are clean and have essential toiletries provided.

The wifi connection at the hotel is extremely poor, with several complaints from guests and even the desktop in the lounge not working.

The rooms were clean and a good size, and the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to shops and places to eat, and within easy walking distance to the tourist buses. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about local attractions and recommending great places to eat.

One downside was that the noise from the backpacker hostel across the road could be quite noisy, especially if you had a room at the front of the hotel. However, once I closed the windows and curtains, most of the noise was muffled.

Our stay at the Leonardo Hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the town center. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who even provided complimentary umbrellas during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere in the breakfast area. The late checkout option was a bonus that we truly appreciated.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work for two consecutive nights, which made it quite uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was also quite low, and the curtains didn't close properly, limiting privacy.
