the room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the bed. the garage was spacious and convenient, and the check-in staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. the hotel also had great room storage options, which I found very convenient.

The hotel had friendly staff who were helpful in providing information about the city and the person responsible for handing over the apartment, Salah, was outstanding. The rooms were clean and suitable for a family. The comfortable beds and powerful shower were great. The small kitchen was a nice addition for convenience, and parking was easy, even for large vehicles like our MB Vito van. The location was also convenient, with a nearby metro station and a nice walk to the city.

It felt like a home away from home, with everything being well taken care of and no issues to complain about.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk away from the U-Bahn station. You can easily explore the city with only 3-4 stops to the main square. The room and bathroom are clean and well-furnished, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel even has a small kitchenette and sauna available for guests to use.

The soundproofing in some rooms is poor, so you may be woken up by the cleaning crew in the morning.

Payment issue

We had a fabulous romantic getaway! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they even printed out our tickets for a special event without any extra charges. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the hotel was clean and modern, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

While we had a great experience overall, there were a couple of downsides. One night, there were some rowdy people in the street outside, which kept us awake.
