Excellent value for money, the room was comfortable and nicely renovated. The hotel is located in a beautiful semi-rural environment near the park and lake, perfect for walks and outdoor activities. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

the front desk staff, including Lucy, Angela, and the manager, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. the manager even carried my bags up to my room when it was ready. the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding, with coffee, water, and toiletries provided. the breakfast selection was delicious, offering a variety of options from fresh buns and cold meat to smoked salmon, fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, peaceful location, and top-notch amenities.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right by Kahnweiher lake, with stunning views and plenty of outdoor space for activities like jogging and walking. The upgrade to a room with a lake view was a great impression. The Lindenthaler Tierpark is just a short walk away and definitely worth a visit, especially in the mornings. There are good supermarkets nearby and the staff is friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary water and delicious treats on the first floor.

I had a great stay at the hotel. the big breakfast buffet at Leonardo Royal was a big plus. Sitting by the lake and watching the ducks and swans was a delightful way to start the day. the rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel is well connected to the city center. the surrounding area, with its park, restaurants, and shops, was nice. the staff was friendly and check-in was fast and efficient. a great choice for a visit to Cologne.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary drinks and snacks in my room, and the festive decorations throughout the hotel. the location near a beautiful park and easy access to public transportation made it convenient to explore the city. And the icing on the cake was the delicious breakfast buffet with options to suit every taste.

The lack of options for food late at night was also a bit of an inconvenience, but luckily there were nearby convenience stores. despite these minor issues, I still had an enjoyable Christmas stay at this hotel.
