The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great advice on the best things to see and do in the city. The location was ideal for exploring, just a short walk away from the city centre, and close to public transport links.

The free Wi-Fi wasn't the most reliable, which was frustrating at times during my stay. the price was a little high, but I think this is typical of hotels in the city.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including a fresh made omelette cooked by a chef right in front of us. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient, responding to our requests promptly. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the S-Bahn, which provided easy transportation to and from the airport.
