I recently stayed at this venue with my family and had a great time. It's located within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and it's right next to the railway station. The service was excellent, with room service and dry cleaning available. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax with an armchair. Also, the free Wi-Fi was helpful.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this mind-blowing hotel! The staff, especially Sara and the other guy at the reception desk, were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Lu, the breakfast buffet attendant, was jaw-droppingly nice and even gave us a tray to take breakfast up to our room for the boys who didn't come down. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right next to all the shops and restaurants in town. We were only a short 10-minute drive away from the famous Neuschwanstein castle. The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had a free shuttle service, a fitness studio, a spa & wellness center with a jacuzzi, steam room, Turkish bath. The attached parking structure was a major plus and the restaurant offered great options like salmon and steak. I also loved that they had free Wi-Fi in the rooms, a bar/lounge area, a coffee shop, and a snack bar. this hotel provided an unforgettable experience with its incredible amenities and fantastic location near all the attractions. Plus, they even allowed pets and had wheelchair access, making it a top choice for anyone. I highly recommend staying here for an outstanding stay.

My Easter weekend away was great! the breakfast was included and they even offered an Easter egg hunt for the kids. the hotel was walking distance from the train station and bus stop to local tourist attractions. the room was clean and had a nice view of the town. On the second day, we had complimentary cookies in our room.

We stayed at the hotel for a family vacation for a few nights. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom. The family room we had was huge, with plenty of beds for everyone. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and was delicious. The hotel also offered free parking in their underground garage, although it could be a bit tight for larger cars. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.
