The location is fantastic, with the hotel being in a great location a few minutes walk from the stations. It's close to the train station and easy to walk down to the river. The hotel is also right next to several really lovely shopping streets. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good light. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a great service experience.

The language barrier with some of the staff can be a bit of an issue.

I stayed at Lux 11 for a few days and loved it. The room was beautifully clean and well decorated, with solid double glazing that made it incredibly quiet. The location was fantastic, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen area with a fridge and daily coffee pack was a nice bonus, as was the proper hairdryer. The open bathroom design was unusual but spacious and well-designed.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Large and pleasant room with a kitchenette, great location near a busy area with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The hotel had a nice coffee bar on the ground floor where you could get your drinks and take them up to your room.

The bathroom design was a bit strange, with the shower controls being low and confusing. The room itself was a bit dark and the water from the nicely designed shower tended to get all over the place.

the room was bright, modern, and impeccably clean. the staff were extremely helpful, especially when I managed to lock myself out of my room. the little touches like complimentary tea, cotton pads, earbuds, and a nail file were lovely. the bath products were amazing and made for a luxurious experience. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the small kitchen in the room was a great convenience, and the view from the room was pleasant. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and public transportation. the attached restaurants and cafes were excellent for quick meals or a morning coffee. the proximity to both local boutiques and larger chain stores made for great shopping. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the experience continues to exceed my expectations, especially with the recent upgrades to the design. Highly recommended.

Located in the lovely area of Alexanderplatz in Berlin Mitte, this hotel offers easy access to the bus stop to-and-from Tegel airport. Situated in Central Berlin, it is a convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and have a cool design, with great soundproofing. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel also has a nice coffee and breakfast place at ground level.

The cleaning service is only every two days, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

This hotel was perfect for women traveling alone. Clean and spacious rooms with modern decor. Friendly staff provided great tips on where to eat and visit in Berlin.

The spacious rooms were a highlight, offering plenty of space and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the kitchenette/bar area, complete with a Nespresso machine, was a convenient perk. the location was also great, with key attractions and amenities easily accessible.

The cleanliness of the room was also not up to standard, with a dirty floor and glasses. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and the internet was satisfactory.

the rooms were modern and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen that was sufficient for my needs. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. One highlight was the amenities room, which had ironing facilities and was well-equipped. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed in a premier suite at a hotel in East Berlin and had a great experience. the room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite its location near the city center. the windows were soundproofed, making it easy for my light-sleeper husband to get a good night's rest. the hotel also had a convenient location, with various train stations nearby and plenty to see and do within walking distance. the suite had a small kitchen, which was a nice added bonus for those who wanted to cook their own meals.

While overall my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues. the toiletries provided in the room were not of the best quality.

We had an amazing stay at Lux 11! the location was excellent, close to major points and transportation ports in Mitte. the room was gorgeous with a balcony and a view of the TV tower. the amenities were wonderful, the bed was comfy, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the central location and the variety of nearby restaurants. the room itself was like a flat, with a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and a fantastic shower. our experience at Lux 11 was top-notch and we highly recommend it.
