Located along the charming river park with a great view from the top floor breakfast buffet. the room was large, clean, and had very comfortable beds. the breakfast had a generous and abundant selection.

There was no air conditioning which made the room very hot during the heat wave. there were some issues with bugs in one of the rooms and the staff did not handle it well.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great location along the charming river park. Our room had a small view of the river and was clean and modern. The highlight was the breakfast buffet on the top floor, with an amazing view of Mainz. There were nearby parking options as well. Mainzer Hof provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Located by the river, our room had a view of the river and boat. The lady at reception was friendly, kind, and informative. The room was spacious with a modern bathroom. The hotel had a restaurant with a view and a lift, which is rare in Europe. Breakfast on the top level had an excellent view.

The view from my room at Mainzer Hof was absolutely breathtaking! I could see the beautiful Rhine River right outside my window. Additionally, the breakfast served on the 6th floor had an amazing view of the river as well. The variety of food options for breakfast was impressive and delicious. The room itself was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. As foreign tourists, we thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and helpful reception staff who accommodated our request for extra pillows. The clean rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the covered balcony provided a fantastic view of the Rhine. The breakfast room on the sixth floor was the highlight, with its high bay windows and spectacular view.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was amazing! the complimentary champagne and party hats were a lovely touch. the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the river and the convenience of nearby attractions. Even though the hotel was located on a busy street, our room was completely quiet and we enjoyed a great night's sleep.

We were not informed of this before arriving, but the staff still charged us the full price. there were no power sockets near the bed for charging our devices, and the Wi-Fi connection in our room was poor.
