Room and bedsheets weren't clean, with blood marks on linens!!! The bathroom lacked proper storage while getting dressed!!! Inefficient cleaning service, as floors were not well-maintained!!! Elevator service was slow during busy hours!!!

Location was superb with trams just across the street made exploring easy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating

opportunity to cook our meals and save some cash. The location was convenient, just a short tram ride from the city’s main attractions. One downside was the limited breakfast options, which could be improved for variety. Overall, a solid stay.

the room was absolutely tiny, barely enough space for my luggage, and the metal hangers clanged like bells whenever we moved. Also, don’t expect cleanliness. dust was everywhere and behind the hairdryer!

Room cleanliness is in dire need of improvement!!! I found dirty linens upon arrival, and the shower facilities were poorly maintained, leading to a frustrating experience!!! Also, the cleaning service was lacking during my stay.

the triple room was cramped , felt like a sauna even with the window open. the breakfast spread was one of the best I've seen in budget hotels. tram access was super convenient. the front desk offered adapters for international plugs.
