The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town, with easy access to the main train station and close to the picturesque Altstadt. Guests can enjoy exploring the beautiful area and even visit the Christmas markets. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast served in the hotel's cafe is delicious. Guests can also benefit from facilities such as a gym and a kitchenette in the room.

The bathroom supplies are limited and do not include body lotion.

During my Christmas trip, I was thrilled with the complementary amenities offered by the hotel. the Nespresso machine in my room was a lifesaver. the location of the hotel was perfect for me, with easy access to local attractions and train stations. the fitness center was a bonus, making it easy for me to keep up with my workout routine while on vacation.

I found the staff to be unfriendly and unresponsive. I had some pillows that were causing me discomfort, and despite repeated requests, no alternate arrangements were made.

Attentive and friendly staff providing charming service throughout. The kitchenette in the well-equipped apartment was a bonus, as was the comfortable work desk and big bed. Great location with easy access to higher floors through the big elevator and a wide variety of breakfast options.

This was our third stay at Melter and it won't be our last. The apartment was fabulous and we were delighted that the staff accommodated our request for the same room as before. The room was spacious and well-divided, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The bed was of excellent quality and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The complimentary coffee and tea in the kitchenette were a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was great value for money. The hotel's proximity to the city center and train station was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
