The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very near to the city center. It is just a 5-minute walk to the Christmas markets, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with coffee/tea making facilities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm reception upon arrival.

The entrance to the hotel car park was a bit difficult to find, as it was not well signed.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location off a large roundabout with easy access to the motorway was extremely convenient for our travels. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, and the breakfast served there was top-notch. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with rooms that were recently refurbished and very clean. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a nice outside patio area, pool, and garden space. The parking was a big plus, as there were plenty of spaces available. I also liked the location, as it was very close to Europaplatz and just a 5-minute walk to the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining all the different breakfast options and how to get free parking by enrolling in the Accord club.

The hotel location was great and it was easy to get around from there. the breakfast spread was pretty good and there were a lot of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch.

The room was very basic and lacked the amenities that I expected. the heating system was not working effectively, which made the experience unpleasant.

Positive aspects of my stay: Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous receptionists, clean and fresh room, good attention from morning reception staff, excellent less expensive breakfast for 9€, nice size of rooms.

Negative aspect of my stay: For us it was ideal.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the bathroom was nice. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and I had a delicious lamb dinner accompanied by a very good wine. The lady at reception was hilarious and added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Even though the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its great price-performance ratio.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Aachen for a second time. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location is great for exploring the surrounding area, and the secure parking was a bonus. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was nice and clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. the location was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a couple of downsides. the pillows in the room were not very comfortable, and it would have been great if they offered two-person blankets instead of just one person.

I was really happy with the value for money at Mercure in Europaplatz. The room was super comfortable and the shower was great. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.
